Agreements
All new clients will be sent a DocuSign with deliverables and scope of work for marketing and or consulting services provided by Nugent Media LLC. Deliverables and scope of work may vary from client to client but will be agreed on between client and company before signing DocuSign agreement and paying invoice via Stripe. Invoice will be sent upon completion of DocuSign.
Cancellation and Refunds
All agreements will immediately start work from Nugent Media LLC and DocuSign and agreement will reflect that the client is confirming the agreed upon terms and there will be no refunds per agreement unless approved at Nugent Media's discretion.
